New European Patent Attorney

Patent Consultant Mikkel Bender has just passed the European Qualifying Examination.

Mikkel Bender specializes in patenting inventions and enforcing patent rights within the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Mikkel Bender is head of the Life Science and Chemistry Section and has recently been made partner at Chas. Hude A/S.

Having passed the European Qualifying Examination, he now has the right to use the title "European Patent Attorney" and thus the right to represent clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) in every step from filing European applications to appearing before the European Boards of Appeal in opposition and appeal cases.
