Patent consultant Rasmus Gjesing named Head of Patent Department

As of 3 April 2009 Rasmus Gjesing has been named the new Head of Patent Department of Chas. Hude A/S. Mr Gjesing has been employed as patent consultant within the areas of general mechanical engineering, software, and process and production techniques since 2007.

Mr Gjesing holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD from the Technical University of Denmark. As part of his PhD. Mr Gjesing conducted research at the University of Bremen, Germany.

In the role as Head of Patent Department, Mr Gjesing succeeds patent consultant and partner Peter Kim Jensen, who has chosen to focus entirely on the counselling of his Danish and international clients.

In his spare time, the new Head of Patent Department plays badminton in Holte Badmin-tonclub, and is an active golf player as well as member of the board in Dragsholm Links Golf Club since 2005.
