Warning - fake invoices sent to holders of newly registered Danish trademarks

Unfortunately fake invoices are again in circulation from companies appearing to be authorised offices for registration. This time the senders are TM Collection and Global Edition KFT, both from Hungary. Until now the invoices have been directed against newly registered Danish trademarks but it is not unlikely that holders of newly registered Danish designs, utility models or patents will receive similar invoices.

The invoices are made out to look like they are payment for registration of the trademark. But as neither TM Collection nor Global Edition KFT is authorised in connection with the official registration of patents or trademarks, they are either conducting a private register in connection with patents and trademarks or at worst running a scam.
