New external member of the Board of Chas. Hude

Søren Casparij, former CEO of The Danish Leadership Institute, has just joined the Board of Chas. Hude.

Chas. Hude's new external board member of the Board will contribute to the ongoing de-velopment of Chas. Hude's organization and business.

Strong capacity within management and organisational development

Søren Casparij has been working with management in service companies for more than 20 years. He has wide experience especially with regard to organisational development, im-plementation of new IT technology, marketing, sales, administration and implementation of new strategies.

Søren Casparij has also been external lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School.

As the former CEO of The Danish Leadership Institute (1984 - 2006) Søren Casparij was the architect behind the institute's transformation from a local and small supplier of compe-tence development and organisational development courses to a recognized international consultancy firm and provider of leadership development and education initiatives with of-fices in Copenhagen, Brussels, London and Berlin.

Søren Casparij contributes to the Board of Chas. Hude with a wide experience from his ex-tensive professional career. He has been CEO for more than 20 years and is active in a number of boards.
