New manager of the Trade Mark and Design Department

As of 1 April 2007 Niels Lund-Johansen is appointed manager of Chas Hude's Trade Mark and Design Department.

Niels Lund-Johansen succeeds Master of Law and partner Kaj L. Henriksen, who has been the manager of the Trade Mark and Design Department since 1988.

Kaj L. Henriksen (60) continues to be a member of the Board of Directors of Chas. Hude and offers consultancy to Danish customers in particular.

Niels Lund-Johansen (36) is European Trade Mark Attorney and teaches at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen. He took up a position as trade mark attorney at Chas. Hude in 2006 and has several years of experience in consultancy of Danish and foreign companies partly from a law firm and partly from a position at the Danish Patent and Trade Mark Office as legal consultant.
