Chas. Hude listed as one of the leading patent firms in Denmark.
Once a year the internationally acclaimed magazine Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) lists the world leading IP firms. MIP's World IP survey covering prosecution and contentious work in 65 jurisdictions has just been published.
Chas. Hude ranks along with Zacco Denmark as the leading patent firms in Denmark.
Head of Chas. Hude's Patent Department Ulla C. Klinge knows that the result is due to the firm's level of service and strong practise.
- I am pleased that we keep our top position in The World IP Survey. It reflects that also abroad, we are a respected IP consultancy firm and that quality and competence is linked to our name. But a name is worthless without any content. Chas. Hude is the sum of the services provided by all our competent and engaged employees.
According to MIP, The World IP Survey is the world's most detailed and authoritative survey of the IP market, based on 5 months' extensive research and interviews with practitioners worldwide.
Based on this research, firms are ranked in tiers in each jurisdiction. In most jurisdictions, there are separate tables for prosecution and contentious work. The tiers reflect the perception of the leading firms in each market, with the top tier listing those firms regarded as having the strongest practices in each category. All firms included, in all tiers, will have received several recommendations and endorsements in order to be included in the rankings.
The second part of the annual World IP Survey, covering trade mark and copyright work will be published in March 2007.
In 2006 Chas. Hude was ranked in Tier 1 both with regard to patent and trade mark work.
