Today, 5 January 2011, Chas. Hude turns 115.

Chas. Hude was founded by Charles Christian von der Hude in 1896. Today Chas. Hude is one of the leading Danish IPR consultancy firms.

A prominent founder
Charles - always called Chas. - was a prominent figure in his time. He had a dynamic and extrovert personality, and both professionally and privately he displayed great commitment and energy in everything with which he occupied himself.

Chas. took part in the initiative to found the Association of Danish Patent Agents, which was established in 1901.

Chas. Hude was active in his company for more than 50 years and ensured that the company moved with the times.

Innovation and tradition
Today, Chas. Hude is owned by eight partners. The company still distinguishes itself by its competent employees, who offer strategic consultancy within all aspects of IPR. We protect, monitor, maintain and defend our clients' core knowledge and intellectual property rights.
