Areas of expertise
Trade mark, design and domain name protection nationally and internationally including strategy, searches and analysis, infringement assessments, conflicts, piracy, counterfeit, negotiations and agreements. Domain name protection and strategy. Special expertise with regard to infringement proceedings before the Danish and foreign courts.
Teaching experience
Ass. professor at the University of Aarhus in the subjects of intellectual property law, competition law and EU competition law. Gives lectures at seminars and conferences, including with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, the Danish Institute For IPR Training, the Technical University of Denmark and the patent and trademark authorities in Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Baltic countries and China. Has for a number of years been attached to the Aarhus School of Business as a lecturer in commercial law.
